Welcome to Rêve Affair's Balloons Service Terms of Service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

• ORDERING AND INQUIRIES

For all inquiries and orders, please contact us via email or through the designated form on our website. We do not provide quotes or invoices via social media or messaging platforms. For any questions, feel free to reach out via phone at 949-969-8646.

Please allow 24-48 hours for us to respond to your email. Messages sent between Friday and Sunday will be addressed the following Monday.

 

• DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Minimum delivery charges are as follows: 

- Weekdays: $35 for locations within 10 miles, plus $3 per mile beyond that. 

- Weekends: $45 for locations within 10 miles, plus $3 per mile beyond that. 

- Office location: Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

-If needed, the pickup fee is $5 per mile instead of $3.

- Installation starts at 10% of the order cost, excluding delivery and setup fees.

For grab-and-go orders, there is no minimum order requirement for delivery. If installation is requested, it will be considered as a customized  regular order.

To secure a date and time slot without finalizing your order, a $150 deposit is required. This deposit reserves your chosen date and time, with details to be confirmed at least two weeks prior to the event to ensure the availability of all desired items. Orders placed within one week of the event date will incur a 20% rush fee.

 

Delivery minimums:

- Monday-Thursday: $250

- Friday-Sunday: $350

Grab-and-go orders have no minimum order requirement and can be picked up at our location in Costa Mesa, CA 92626 or delivered at our basic fees. 

 

• CONFIRMATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Upon receiving an invoice, your order is unconfirmed until a 50% deposit has been submitted. The remaining balance must be settled before or upon delivery. 

Cancellation policies:

- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will result in a nonrefundable charge of 20%.

- Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a nonrefundable charge of 50%.

- No refunds will be given for orders canceled after arrangements have been blown up.

-Please email all cancellation requests to [email protected]. Dates can be transferred depending on our availability.

-Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary due to supply chain issues. We will strive to maintain the style, theme, and color scheme of your arrangement.

 

• ADDITIONAL POLICIES

Rêve Affair is not liable for any damages that occur after departure from the event venue. We are also not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by our latex balloons or backdrops.

Please note that balloons are sensitive to heat, sunlight, wind, and rain. Damages resulting from these circumstances are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible. Since we have no control over weather conditions such as wind, rain, sun, and temperature, we cannot guarantee any outdoor decor. We will take steps to minimize the effects of the elements on your decor, but despite our best efforts, most outdoor decor is subject to popping, oxidation/fogging, and/or movement caused by wind. Therefore, no refunds or discounts will be provided for loss, breakage, or failure due to factors beyond our control.

We also cannot guarantee indoor decor within 40 feet of an exterior door. The opening and closing of the door expose the balloons to outside elements, causing oxidation/fogging, popping, or deflation.

Inclement Weather Clause

Rêve Affair  is not responsible if weather conditions make it impossible to deliver arrangements outdoors. This includes, but is not limited to, strong winds, rain, or snow storms.

Delivery Window

We are not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances that may cause your delivery to be late, including weather, natural disasters, and other reasons beyond our control. However, we will always work hard to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.

 

**Rental Policy:**

Rental fees are calculated per day. Failure to return or pick up rentals within 24 hours will incur a fee of $50 per day. Delivery charges are not included in rental prices. Customers are accountable for any damages occurring during the rental period.Additional invoices may be issued if necessary, to cover damages or extra charges.
